Rick was great throughout the whole house hunting experience.
 
There was a short sale house I was interested in scheduled to go to auction.  The bank had ignored my initial offer, and so the house would be foreclosed on and additional time would be added before it would be available on the market again.  Due to my circumstances, I would be unable to wait for the house to become available again, and so Rick explained the auction procedures and took me there to bid at the foreclosure auction.  This was much more than he needed to do since if I won the house at auction it would not be through Keller Williams, but he had put my best interests first.
 
While Rick obviously pointed out many positive aspects of the houses we were looking at, he also wanted to make sure I didn't ignore the potential concerns he thought I might have.  He genuinely wanted me to have a house I'd love living in for years to come.  Several times he pointed out negative aspects that his experience allowed him to notice that could potentially cause problems for me in the future.  This allowed me to make a much more informed decision when it came time to make an offer or not.
 
These are simply a few examples of ways Rick helped me out.  More include his flexibility to manage inspection proceedings while I was out of touch in Europe, his ability to understand what I want and search for my specific needs, and his willingness to drive 30-40 minutes to look at houses in remote areas.
 
He was nearly always available via phone for advice all hours of the day and evening, and never had difficulty scheduling me for the houses I wanted to visit.  I would highly recommend anyone to utilize Rick's experience and professionalism when looking for a property.
